Your sustainable gift box includes:
- Glass soy wax candles with a silver lid and placed in a Hideaway natural cotton drawstring bag. Approximately 50 hours burn time with a strong scent throw that will fully fragrance an average sized room.
- 135ml Luxury scented glass reed diffuser which will fill a room for a minimum of 4 months with a calm and relaxing aroma.
- 1 x Box of Hideaway Home Fragrances Matches. Our matches and match packaging are biodegradable.

How to Use
Enjoying your candle safely
Treat your candle with care and love by following a few simple instructions and safety precautions.
This will ensure that you get the very best from your candle, each and every time they are used.
Burning Instructions:
- Always place your candle and burn on a level fire resistant surface. A coaster is always good and never leave unattended when lit.
- Ensure the melt pool reaches the edge of the candle container before extinguishing, this will help prevent “tunnelling” effect and is especially important during the first burn.
- Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting.
- We advise on not burning your candle for any longer than the maximum recommended burn time. Optimum burn time is 4 hours.
- Keep your candle free from any foreign materials, this includes wick trimming and matches
.
- When only 1cm remains, discard and buy a new Hideaway Candle.
Extinguishing your candle:
- Replace the lid to extinguish or use a snuffer. This will prevent your wicks from drifting off centre thus maximising your candle burn time.
- Blowing out your candle is not recommended as the liquid wax may splatter and your wick may continue to glow and emit a small amount of smoke – which is natural when you extinguish a candle by blowing out rather than replacing the lid or using a snuffer.
- Once your candle is extinguished, allow the wax to solidify and then follow the storage advice.

Want to know how to be sure that our candles are made using 100% natural UK soy wax?
The natural properties of our waxes mean you may see imperfections on our candles - specifically something called “frosting”.
This does not affect the quality of your candle and it will burn well with a strong scent. We use all-natural UK soy wax in our candles and wax melts.
Our fragrances are always phthalate-free and cruelty-free.
All ingredients are vegan, sustainable, and/or recyclable or recycled.
