There are three easy ways to use your Essential Oil Blend

In the bath Add a few drops directly to your bath whilst the water is running to really supercharge your soak.
In the shower Add a few drops in to your shower and let the oils release their 100% natural fragrance for the ultimate wellbeing experience.
