Want to know how to be sure that our candles are made using 100% natural UK soy wax? 

The natural properties of our waxes mean you may see imperfections on our candles - specifically something called “frosting”.

This does not affect the quality of your candle and it will burn well with a strong scent. We use all-natural UK soy wax in our candles and wax melts.

How to use: This refill is designed to be used with our candle vessel only and should not be lit as a pillar candle. Once your previous Hideaway candle has finished, simply pop in a bowl of hot water for 1 minute, scoop out the remaining wax, then wash out with remove wax residue and pop in one of our candle refills!

Set the Mood: Allow your candle to burn for a minimum of 2 hours, ensuring the wax pools evenly for an extended, luxurious burn. Do not exceed 4 hours for optimal performance.

Care for the Flame: Prior to each use, trim the wick to no shorter than 1cm to promote a clean and even burn.

Breathe in Tranquillity: As the warm, uplifting fragrance fills the air, engage in a mindful breathing practice. Inhale through your nose for 7 seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth for 11 seconds. Let the calming scent guide you to a place of serenity.

Surrender to the full sensory experience and let the delicate fragrance create an atmosphere of refined elegance and relaxation.

Burning Instructions:

• Always place your candle and burn on a level fire resistant surface. A coaster is always good and never leave unattended when lit.
• Keep your candle free from any foreign materials, this includes wick trimming and matches

Extinguishing your candle:

• Replace the lid to extinguish or use a snuffer. This will prevent your wicks from drifting off centre thus maximising your candle burn time.
• Blowing out your candle is not recommended as the liquid wax may splatter and your wick may continue to glow and emit a small amount of smoke – which is natural when you extinguish a candle by blowing out rather than replacing the lid or using a snuffer.
• Once your candle is extinguished, allow the wax to solidify and then follow the storage advice.

Avoid release to the environment. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Collect spillage. Dispose of contents/container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax is less than 1cm. Always burn on a heat protected surface.
