Usage Instructions for Candle Care

To enjoy the full "Golden Hour" experience and ensure a clean 50-hour lifespan:

• The First Burn: Always allow the wax to melt to the very edge of the glass on the first light to prevent tunneling and ensure future performance.
• Trim Your Wicks: Keep all three wicks trimmed to 5mm before every light to ensure a clean, steady flame and prevent soot build-up.
• Placement: Place on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts to maintain a steady melt pool and even fragrance release.
• Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended and refer to your candle care card upon delivery for detailed maintenance.
• How to Fix Existing Tunneling If your Hideaway candle has already started tunneling, wrap a piece of aluminium foil around the top edge of the glass like a dome, leaving an opening in the centre for the flame. The foil traps reflected heat, forcing the hardened side-wax to melt down into a flat, even pool within 1 to 2 hours.
